I oversee a host of critical investment and asset management functions including our investment due diligence, construction and design efforts, risk management, sustainability, property tax, and workflow optimization.

Responsible for due diligence and transaction management for all equity and debt investments made nationwide by American Realty Advisors (ARA). From initiation of due diligence through closing, primary point of contact between internal and external parties including transaction counsel, broker, seller, title, escrow, and third-party consultants. Since August 2014, successfully executed nearly $5.7 billion in acquisitions, representing $9.2 billion in gross deal size and 29.5 million square feet, with deal sizes ranging between $10 and $455 million and property types including industrial, multifamily, high rise office, and grocery-anchored retail.
