Responsible for due diligence and transaction management for all equity and debt investments made nationwide by American Realty Advisors (ARA). From initiation of due diligence through closing, primary point of contact between internal and external parties including transaction counsel, broker, seller, title, escrow, and third-party consultants. Direct internal resources toward identifying, addressing, and disclosing issues, and making investment recommendations, to investment committee. Since August 2014, successfully executed nearly $5.7 billion in acquisitions, representing $9.2 billion in gross deal size and 29.5 million square feet, with deal sizes ranging between $10 and $455 million and property types including industrial, multifamily, high rise office, and grocery-anchored retail. Investment types have included unleveraged direct equity, preferred equity, and leveraged joint ventures.
