I have over 20 years of real estate development experience. Prior to joining Mill Creek, I served as President of Development for SNK Realty Group, where I directed development efforts throughout California, including property acquisition, entitlement processing, debt/equity procurement and project disposition. My track record at SNK includes over 15 years of significant urban infill development experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Greater Los Angeles Metro Area. Over my career, I have successfully managed and completed the development of nearly 5,000 luxury apartment and/or condominium units, representing approximately $650 million in total capitalization.My experience also includes short stints in the early 1990s for Dean Witter within its Municipal Finance Division (San Francisco), and for EurekaBank within its Real Estate Lending Group (Foster City).I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University in 1989. As a senior, I served as captain of the Varsity Football Team. Current professional affiliations include National Multifamily Housing Council and Urban Land Institute.
