The majority of my experience has been in Automotive and in North America with additional experience in furniture, bedding, chemical, and plastics industries. I also have 5+ years global experience running Asia operations and 10+ years running operations in Mexico. I have documented success with business start-up's, M&A and integration, as well as organizational restructuring. I have a very successful record in P&L management through restructuring costs, building and transforming high performance teams, and product development. I've had success running businesses over $700M/yr. in direct line reporting and matrix organizational structures, with as many as 18 direct reports covering 2,000+ employees. I have a strong manufacturing, quality, and commercial background with a financial education. I’ve worked in private and publicly held companies and have 10+ years dealing with Private Equity through two (2) corporate restructures and one sale process. I am currently President of a start-up company developing materials and working to commercialize intellectual property in the plastics and polymers genre to be used in medical, electronics, aerospace, energy, and automotive markets.
