Directed all operations with direct reports of Director of Cultivation, Director of Harvest and Packaging and the Director of Administration and Controller. Wrote and implemented SOPs for all departments. Directed day to day operations. Managed all budgets, forecasting and P&L for 5 million dollar annual business.

Tasked to diversify services in Oklahoma and North Texas from Oil Field Services only, to the entire spectrum of Environmental Services provided by Hull's Environmental Services in the Southeastern U.S.

Overall management responsibility for Division operations including all staffing, training, operational scheduling, business development, invoicing, receivables and client retention.
