Don's back-ground is in sales and marketing spanning over 30 years. This includes management positions in the automotive industry with Ford Motor Company’s Australian operations before transitioning into the commercial property industry with Richard Ellis’s Queensland Office.It is this front line experience in the training and development of executive teams that finally took Don into the field of executive development and coaching. It is the challenge of identifying, training and continuing development of the inner executive that poses the greatest challenge to individuals and corporations alike. In 1992 Don made a profound change in his own career that offered him a chance to utilize his extensive experiences in the development of executive talent. He undertook tertiary studies in specific areas of Cognitive Behavioural Psychology and now operates a very successful Executive Excellence Training & Coaching business in Queensland Australia. He acts as an Executive Coach and Trainer for some of Australia’s most successful business people. Don is a Master Practitioner, Certified Coach and International Trainer in the fields of Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistics Programming. Through Power+ Executive Evolution Don coaches, trains and facilitates executive development programs in many parts of Australia, South Africa, throughout Asia and the Middle East. His programs focus on developing the inner executive with both the hard and soft skills that are needed to truly develop as a leader.
