• Certified Courtroom Technician, Certified Production Specialist.• Assist legal teams and personnel in e-discovery, workflow processes evaluating hardware/software solutions and making recommendations for best practices. • Support and assist in all areas of court room presentation in hardware/software setup. • Assist in teaching/training in usage and best practices for a variety of legal software i.e. Summation, Concordance, Trial Director, Visionary, Sanction. • Setup case material, sync transcripts, load case data, file conversion, document production and conversion from any format, • Provide on-going support and application-specific training for support applications and data mining. • Provide guidance and support in the area of e-discovery, new technology issues. Act as liaison between IT Department hardware and software support personnel to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot litigation support systems and support trial efforts including courtroom presentation..• Knowledge of courtroom procedures working with bailiff judges and courtroom staff.
