Also, sole developer responsible for over 30 BizTalk 2013/2016 applications. I started Novel Roads along with two other partners in 2005. We focused our business around implementing new ideas, especially in regards to the Dynamics AX application. We were a fully licensed Microsoft partner with AX at the time. We completed our first full cycle implementation of Dynamics AX, version 3.5, at 'The Penrod Company', providers of the largest and finest wood, metal, and PVC products, located in Virginia Beach, VA. We ultimately expanded the business to include custom web development, Enterprise Architecture, business process, and business intelligence offerings.

1. Assisted with the development of PS eProcurement module in 2000 and implemented version 1.0 at Promus Hotels and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company2. Acted as eProcurement product lead for two years, from 2000 through 2001.3. Developed a web-based travel and expense system for North Carolina State University w/ integration into PeopleSoft back end.

The Lucent plant manufactured glass fiber optic cable. I worked as a mechanical systems engineer in the fiber coating, proofing, and rewind division.

Schulze & Burch is a food manufacturing facility specializing in rapid time-to-market manufacturing. They also produce their own proprietary food labels. I worked as a mechanical systems engineer responsible for end-to-end manufacturing design responsibilities. I was sent to training in high-speed automated equipment design in Switzerland during this process and was part of a small engineering team responsible for designing and implementing a $55 million fully-automated manufacturing line for toaster pastries. Also, gained a proficiency with A/B PLC's and computerized machine control.
