I work collaboratively with company personnel to establish and facilitate implementation of global logistics program encompassing inbound and outbound freight for all applicable facilities.Analyze freight costs, contracts and transportation suppliers. Develop and implement freight cost reduction strategies.Oversee sourcing negotiation and management of third party transportation contracts. Establish key performance indicators, metrics and reports to monitor the performance of logistics operations.Monitor transportation processes such as imports, exports and hazardous materials, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements.Develop and implement logistics training programs for shipping/logistics personnel.Maintain all updates on Hunting's company Export Compliance Program and Country Chart. And do annual audits of said Program at all exporting facilities.
