Don Ronchi is a senior advisor at White Wolf Capital, LLC, a private equity firm focused on management buyouts, recapitalizations and control investments in leading middle market companies. From 2007 to 2012 Don was Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Operating Executive at Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to Cerberus, Don was an elected officer of Raytheon Company where he led the defense giant’s supply chain and six sigma organizations. Don was also President of Raytheon Professional Services, LLC, a global supplier of blended learning solutions to commercial and government customers. Prior to Raytheon, Don maintained a private consulting practice specializing in turnarounds. He was also a member of the core team for GE’s WorkOutTM, the company’s groundbreaking change initiative. Don has held academic appointments in the business schools of The Ohio State University, the University of Chicago, and La Universidad De Carabobo (Venezuela). Don earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in social psychology from Cornell University and the University of Chicago, respectively. He serves on the boards of numerous White Wolf portfolio companies as well as chairman of the board of Carrot Medical, LLC, a medical device company headquartered in Bothell, WA.
