I previously managed the Joint Community Police Partnership (JCPP) for 9 years, focused on improving relationships between communities and police jurisdictions in Hennepin. 04/2015 - 12/2022: Initial Contact and AccessManaged an area doing assessments for adults struggling with mental health, homelessness, and developmental disabilities. Managed the Joint Community Police Partnership (JCPP), connecting police jurisdictions in Hennepin with community leaders with the goal of proactive communication and cooperation prior to critical police incidents. Acted as the county lead for unsheltered homelessness in 2020. Served as the Ombudsperson for the County Commissioners dealing with problems in the Adult area of HSPHD.04/2013 - 04/2015: Child Protection Investigations and Intake Managed approximately 75 staff working in Child Protection Screening and Investigations.
