Blue Feather currently owns several retail health-related operations in Northeast Wisconsin, including numerous hearing aid locations and a laser tattoo removal location. We currently operate Wisconsin Hearing practices in Appleton, Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Shawano, and Wausau. We also operate Wisconsin Laser Center in Appleton, with plans to grow into the Green Bay community. Using a consultative approach, I led the packaging business unit to significant profitable growth by bringing a customer-focused approach while capitalizing on Dura-Fibre's many great capabilities.

- Transitioned to business development position to focus on developing a specialized manufacturing technique for packaging- Conducted extensive research with customers - Significant trial work with cutting edge technologies

- Built the StrataGraph facility from idea inception to a profitable $25 million dollar business selling to top consumer product goods (CPG) companies- Designed the equipment and the facility around a new packaging product- Established all aspects of the business – customer service, production, estimating, logistics, design, sales, quality, financial reporting, metrics, etc.- Built a management team to launch and grow the business; grew the business to the point where I had 5 direct reports and 75 indirect reports running the business 24/5- Analyzed, justified, and oversaw the doubling of the asset base to support continued growth, as well as overseeing NUMEROUS product line extensions over the years

- Developed and launched three successful new products – Extruded V Board, thermoformed cradles, interlocking V Board- Researched and provided baseline information for launch of second generation Laminations product which was subsequently launched into a multi-million dollar business

- Traveled extensively in Mexico and United States developing and growing major customers- Built solid track record of prospecting, developing the majority of their new targets

Paperboard Products Division, Corenso, Consolidated Papers- Led cross functional team to launch a new folding carton process line ($2.7 million in new assets)- Developed and ran the product development program, coordinating the skills of production and engineering to meet the needs of the sales manager/customers. - Successfully developed and implemented many products, such as specialty release coatings, high strength cores, new substrates/designs for folding cartons- Designed, purchased, installed, and coordinated the start-up of a $1.3 million retrofit to a paper laminator. This rebuild revolutionized product quality and productivity, and yielded a 28% ROI- Purchased, installed, and coordinated start-up of a $1.0 million core winding line. New products produced by this line yielded a 23% ROI
