Nonlinear finite element analysis including post-buckling analysis, crack propagation and fracture mechanics analysis, stress analysis (including elastic-plastic, hypereleastic, and viscoelastic material models) using ABAQUS. Primary applications include various pressure vessels, high pressure seals, large and small scale mechanical systems.Combined cable dynamics analysis with hydrodynamics of surface vessel for cable deployments using OrcaFlex coupled with ANSYS-AQWA.

Worked in the center fuselage design team and managed six design engineers for the design of the C-17 cargo floor. Participated in the flap redesign effort leading up to first flight.

Participated in inclining experiments for the US Navy FFG's built at Todd. Assisted with in-house design of an offshore patrol vessel. Worked with production team to streamline metal fabrication processes.
