ServiceWare marketed a Knowledge Management (KM) application for customer support. ServiceWare automated the resolution process across multiple channels including contact centers, help desks, email and self-service sites. The ServiceWare solution included a natural language processing search engine and the "Cognitive Processor", a patented self-learning, self-organizing knowledge management technology. I was responsible for customer discovery, demo preparation and delivery and customer satisfaction.

As a technical marketer, I presented and demonstrated the JDE architecture and tool set to prospective JDE customers. Both the World and Enterprise One product included a powerful application development environment used to configure and customize the applications to the needs of the customer. I worked with JDE Development to refine product requirements and capabilities. I trained field consultants in the latest feature and functional enhancements.

I managed the technical support group for the new JDEdwards client/server product. Project Everest was the beta name, soon renamed OneWorld and later Enterprise One.
