It is hard to find a leader that can anticipate the future business (and make good grade decisions) and make well placed purchase and technology decisions...for sure Dons' skill-set contributed strongly to Nokias ability to meet its huge growth targets annually. Later as a team member ; Dons' role as a senior director for the technology engineering team required another skillset ; strong, patient teaming (to get Americas needs met in a Global Organization). Don stepped into this role and handled all the negotiations and trading required to operate effectively in a more Global company. Don is a calm and ethical leader, and was a trusted team member in the Operations, Logistics & Sourcing team. In a high pressure environment (with Customer Satisfaction and Deliveries dependant upon his teams Engineering Solutions working 'Right, First Time') he led from the front and proved a competent and decisive leader. I will happily work again with Don, should we get the opportunity in the future, and he comes highly recommended for any Operations/Supply Chain or Engineering leadership role."
