A manufacturer of custom Air Handling equipment serving the datacenter, cleanroom and medical industries among others. Report to the Director of Operations; manage a staff of 9 including Technicians, coordinators and Inspectors. Manfucaturing plant with sheet metal and weld fabrication, CNC machining, mechanical and electronic assembly, generating ~$160M in revenues. • Update Quality Management System to comply with ISO9001:2015.• Anaylze nonconformance data and work with department managers to drive to root cause and implement corrective actions through process improvemet and design.• Provide training on continuous improvement, internal auditing, and guidance on supplier issues.• Perform supplier audits• Help train and implement nonconformance tracking tool at sister plant.
