Manage all aspects of Waterbase Production and drive processes to achieve results for our key deliverables of safety, quality, delivery and cost. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Manage the prioritization of key deliverables to meet planned volume of 95% On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery across a 24/7 operation with 75 production team members.- Execute daily plant leadership meetings that involve all cross functional areas of the plant to align leaders with our established targets and the actions necessary to achieve those targets.- Direct and support all initiatives related to the execution of Oracle R12 into Cleveland operations.- Manage daily priorities with our commercial team to align deliverables, as well as changes in planned and forecasted usage, to eliminate customer line disruptions.- Primary liaison for customer facing interactions regarding quality, process and performance.- Managed and executed Lean and Kiazen initiatives that improved plant performance and efficiency, which resulted in year over year savings of $1.5MM.- Managed all aspects of Covid shutdown and start-up for the entire Cleveland site to meet an unprecedented volume recovery.

Managed and directed production activities and the Process Engineering organization to continuously drive positive performance related to quality, productivity measurements and EHS deliverables. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:- Collaborated with all managers, supervisors and process engineering staff to ensure a strong focus on EHS deliverables (e.g., Safety Action Teams, PSM, incident investigations).- Designed and directed the conversion of equipment that resulted in a 38% reduction of sub standard product loss (SSPL).- Executed the automation of mechanically designed tank cleaning and dedicated filtration to eliminate employee risks related to confined space entry and improve product quality.- Created daily Production Priority reports for review and distribution to all supervisors and managers, which detailed all current production and QC WIP, critical MSD deliverables and scheduled starts.

Managed a progressive EHS organization that continuously focused on improved safety and environmental performance. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:- Developed and implemented Regional EHS policies, programs, procedures and training to advance our risk reduction focus and deliver sustainable compliance with government standards.- Monitored and tracked core upstream measures to ensure target objectives maintain alignment with the regional EHS performance model (e.g., near miss reporting, PSM compliance).- Provided technical support to regional engineering staff for facility changes and enhancements. - Created innovative employee training modules to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of essential EHS process components. - Led the Emergency Response organization by instructing participants on the required skills and capabilities for structural fire fighting, confined space rescue and HAZMAT spill response.- Conducted Corporate EHS audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provided leadership for agency interactions, inspections and reports for OSHA, EPA and DHS.- Managed budget and contracts for facility specific EHS spending.- Managed and oversaw EHS integration of contract labor support to replace existing organization.

Supervised the HS organization for a dual line float glass manufacturing facility. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:- Implemented facility HS policies, programs and procedures to advance our risk reduction focus and deliver sustainable compliance with government standards and corporate guidelines.- Created the management intervention process that was adopted throughout the organization, which focused on conformance to requirements and reduction of risk. - Oversaw the facility Behavioral Bases Safety Process (BAPP) and facilitated observer training, trend analysis and action planning.- Supervised and oversaw HS integration and training of contract labor support for 2 cold repairs.

Managed all industrial safety and health programs, as well as environmental compliance programs. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:- Implemented industrial safety programs to meet organizational objectives and OSHA regulations.- Conducted both supervisory and non-supervisory safety training programs to satisfy OSHA requirements, DEP requirements and current industry-specific needs.- Prioritized the reduction of environmental exposures in our manufacturing locations by contracting environmental surveys to identify controls required to improve working conditions.- Managed the residual solid waste program by contracting transportation and disposal.

Serviced the key loss prevention and industrial hygiene initiatives for the commercial industrial accounts of the state's largest private property and casualty insurance underwriter. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the following:- Assessed loss control activities of large corporate industrial accounts and assisted in the determination of program needs.- Established priorities for the organization of cost effective loss prevention activities.- Coordinated industrial safety programs to meet determined accident prevention objectives, as well as state and federal regulations.
