• Full Cycle Recruiting of qualified candidates• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools• Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.• Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.• Complete understanding of W2, corp to corp, 1099 engagements• Negotiate salary/hourly rates, etc. when recruiting candidates• Responsible to develop a pool of candidates to meet Client's needs on a short notice• Search and recruit quality candidates via database searches, Internet resume banks, job postings, job boards etc. • Recruitment of passive candidate through “outside of the box” methods
