As the former Senior Manager of Executive Benefits and Payroll for Chrysler, LLC, I offer over twenty years of progressive Compensation and Benefits experience in a multi-location, unionized environment. My overall responsibilities included payment of the top 1600 executives with a domestic staff of 4 payroll professionals. My senior level management expertise encompasses labor relations, collective bargaining, domestic and international payroll experience and the implementation of value-added compensation programs to ensure operational excellence and profitability. I am fortunate to have been able to retire very early in life. After relocating to Chicago and taking time to enjoy the city and to travel, I am now looking to rejoin the workforce as I have discovered it is an integral part of who I am. I am currently looking for part-time or full-time employment.While I retired as a senior manager at Chrysler, I am not looking to secure that level of employment at this time. I am excited about finding a middle level position with an exciting new company. My senior level management expertise encompassed; accounting, budget formulation & reporting, project management and development, payroll processing, executive benefits administration and personal assistance to the top 20 officers at Chrysler, LLC.
