As a Non Commissioned Officer in charge of Structural Flight at USAF Civil Engineer, managed a 56 personnel and a work order system to perform building maintenance, repair, and construction projects. I ensured compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations, and coordinated with other agencies and contractors to complete tasks on time and within budget.Prior to that, I served as a Vehicle Control Officer at USAF, where I managed the inventory, inspection, and distribution of over 300 vehicles and equipment. I also implemented and enforced policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance, operation, and security, and resolved any issues or discrepancies. Additionally, I was responsible for conducting wing inspections as a Non Commissioned Officer in Charge at United States Air Force, where I evaluated the performance and readiness of various units and departments, and provided feedback and recommendations for improvement.With over 21 years of experience in the USAF, I have developed strong skills in leadership, management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. I have also acquired advanced technical training and certifications in building construction technology and security system installation, repair, and inspection.
