Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to have been a part of building and growing organizations with a priority towards service excellence. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience - primarily in aviation - I have a deep background in leading large scale expansion, driving business development, and introducing innovative solutions while improving product quality.My most recent aviation experience was with ABM where I served in a number of senior executive capacities, ultimately advancing to President of the Aviation division. During my tenure the business grew from $350M to $1B in annual revenue while establishing an end to end portfolio of airport services - one of the largest, most comprehensive networks in the US with international operations throughout Great Britain. Prior to joining ABM, I spent the entirety of my airline career with Delta Air Lines and its regional affiliates & subsidiaries. As Senior Vice President Regional Airport Customer Services I led the transformation of Delta’s regional airport operations. This included initiating a new ground handling subsidiary and standards while streamlining supplier costs by +$50M and creating new revenue streams of +$40M.I also served as a founding member of Delta Connection, Inc., a subsidiary which established operating and commercial standards while expanding Delta’s regional portfolio into the world’s largest, most respected regional airline program.
