Serve as member of the server/storage team as a Senior member responsible for architecture, design and implementation of core systems within the Capitol Bancorp infrastructure.Served as team lead for EUC services responsible for day-to-day activities and SLA metrics.Successfully implemented Citrix 4.5 Published Desktop infrastructure for a remote financial institution.Successfully planned and executed a data center migration.Implemented a documentation process within the Infrastructure Team that allows standards, processes and procedures to flow efficiently in the IT environment.Implemented a maintenance and monitoring process to track and execute routine proactive tasks.Designed and Implemented an ESX 3.5 environment and subsequent vShpere 4.0 ESX upgrade.

Served as member of the server/storage team responsible for both day to day support activities as well as provide architecture and project support.Researched and successfully implemented SQL 2005 Cluster services for core applications providing high availability and disaster recovery. IT Technical lead for implementation and design of Active Directory for all Sarbanes-Oxley related core applications. The work completed in this project lead to a satisfactory rating from the Federal auditors.Designed and implemented Citrix Presentation Server environment for publishing Bank standard applications. This system included health monitoring and SLA reporting for application availability.Instrumental in creating the Veritas Backup Exec infrastructure in both Headquarters and remote locations. Architected branch application integration during Republic Bank merger. The Branch applcations were completely converted over one weekend with no issues.Sucessfully integrated various branch systems for F&M Bank merger including leading the IT technical teams during the conversion process. Eighty-seven locations were open for business with the new system in place and operating without error.Team lead for branch systems integration for 16 Bank One branch acquisitions.
