I manage the scope, schedule, and finances for multiple simultaneous projects with combined annual values of over $250,000. I develop and maintain positive working relationships with jurisdictional authorities and permitting agencies. My responsibilities include overseeing public procurements and contracts for consulting services and construction and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and agency policies. I support project sponsors' capital planning and budgeting efforts and coordinate with staff across multiple agencies to resolve issues and continuously improve systems, processes, and procedures. Assisted area Forester with forest and grassland management plans by slashing and marking timber, assisting with sale of timber, Creation and maintenance of roads and preforming Controlled/Prescribed Burns on state property. I am currently a State of TN Prescribed Burn Manager Licensed # 14019.
