We have formed our company into an LLC in May 2016. We also moved to a bigger and better location in May 2016. WE unfortunately had to close Wellwater in Chico Sports Club but we were able to bring all our employees over to the new location. BTW,I handle the back end part of the business from sales, to marketing to payroll to HR. At times I will also play the roll of receptionist.

Chosen to oversee the day to day operations of the new Northern California Office specializing in the Keystone segmental retaining wall market.Took revenues from zero to 1.3 million dollars in one year specializing in the Keystone retaining wall system.Interacted with top level decision makers.Responsible for creating business relationships with developers, general contractors and suppliers.Used consultative selling techniques, offering expert advice by attending site visits, estimating, preparation of bid proposals (private and public) and contract negotiations. Responsibilities expanded to project managing within the first three months. This included scheduling, construction, cost controls and public relations resulting in a profit the first year.
