Overseeing the community’s kitchen & serving staff insuring compliance to Serve-Safe standards. Motivating, challenging, and delegating, staff members to perform their responsibilities above company expectations. Negotiate in house leases for service related businesses catering to the 200 plus residents, including Beauty/Barber Shop, convenience store, and non medical home health care.

Controlled the day to day activities of 8 franchised staffing offices specializing in construction personnel Developed new markets to all time high 1st year performance in company's 16 year history, Motivated staff of all 5 markets to finish in top 10 franchises for 2008, & 2009. Achieved the highest sales growth out of fifty franchises nationwide, full P & L responsibility, opened 3 Tax preparation offices for the owner. Recruited, hired, and trained staff for January 1 opening Overseeing daily operations of both companies, including payroll, sales, collection, risk management & OSHA compliance.

Opened new branch office for the largest staffing service dedicated to providing CDL drivers to the transportation industry. Developed long term relations with local & national firms, recruited and staffed over 200 drivers within the Greater Nashville Area.

Expanded small temporary staffing firm to the Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Lawrenceburg, TN Developed out of state offices from ground zero. Secured and negotiated leases for premises, acquired all business licenses and permits for the build out and business operations. Recruited & trained permanent staff, Overseen safety and operations for two large manufacturing plants. Recruited & hired over 250 plus production, and support positions for opening. Staffed two 1 million plus square foot facilities. Administered all HR needs for both plants including payroll, safety, and benefits for all contract employees.

Interfaced with franchises and their operating personnel in both a training and support capacity. Travel extensively between 24 states and 170 locations importing sales, operational, recruitment, and retention procedures as well as planning and goal-setting techniques to help franchise personnel achieve success.
