I am a restaurant management professional with more than 20 years of experience in leading profitable, multi-million dollar operations at the store, district and regional level. During my career, I have worked for a Fortune 500 company and a small business, and I am experienced in all facets of restaurant operations including sales, P&L management, hiring, training, customer service and product quality. Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for Gusto LLC, a Dominos Pizza franchisee located in Wichita, Kan. Successes included turning around the company’s 22 underperforming restaurants within a 9-month period as a result of implementing location-specific training initiatives and the FranklinCovey 4 Disciplines of Excellence program. Prior to this, I worked for more than 20 years for Pizza Hut where I held a series of progressively responsible positions that included store, district and regional management roles. While at Pizza Hut, I oversaw 42 restaurants across three states and more than 800 employees. Other highlights included winning District Manager and General Manager of the Year awards.I am well regarded as a “big picture” thinker and a resourceful problem solver by those I have served and led. Although I am continually motivated to drive positive change in pursuing goals, I know that leaders are only as good as the people who work alongside them. As a result, the accomplishments that I am proudest of are those that involved being part of a team that found itself on the way to attaining a goal and achieved breakthrough performances that no one on the team could have imagined.
