Also assisted with the start-up of the PWC PeopleSoft Payroll project.

Managed segments of Lucent Technologies’ global PeopleSoft HRMS implementation. This project encompassed 130,000+ workers located in approximately 66 countries and was the largest PeopleSoft implementation to date with a multi-million dollar budget. Was selected by senior management to visit all business unit headquarters and all manufacturing locations to gain their support and buy-in for the PeopleSoft project. Was able to gain 100% buy-in. Also analyzed and determined legal and regulatory requirements for each of the countries impacted by the project.

Managed software design and development teams responsible for supporting Facilities Engineering and Operations (FE&O) Human Resources, Public Relations, Voice and Data Communications, Word Processing, Data Entry, Video Services, Staff Messengers, Warehouse Inventory/Distribution, Arts and Reprographics, Plant Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landlord Accounting, Real Estate, Mail Room, Shipping & Receiving, Cafeteria, Technical Library, Company Cars, and outside contractors. Designed and implemented a modular Informix system (TAS2000) to replace individual FoxBase databases for each functional area. The TAS2000 system had modules (17) for each functional area that streamlined processes and greatly improved the way business was conducted. This system provided approximately one million dollars first year savings and provided a tremendous boost in customer satisfaction.Also re-engineered organization structure and processes. Reduced the structure from 23 departments to 17 departments.
