• Detailed audit experience in a variety of manufacturing, non-financial industries • Detailed reviewer of a US domestic IPO, Foreign Private Issuer (China) - Audit performed under US GAAS - Review of financial statements under US GAAP - Review of US SEC filing 10-K, 20-F, SEC comments and responses • Detailed experience in auditing for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act section 404 requirements. • Review experience with cross-border transactions (Regulation S, Rule 144A) and Comfort letters under SAS 72 and ICMA
