The role encompasses all aspects of Finance function within the group which includes motor dealerships, vehicle rental and corporate leasing. I lead the business planning & strategy process and work with all the business general managers in guiding them to meeting their action plans and overall goals. As a member of the overall management team of the group I am involved in all day to day aspects of the operational activities of the group. Responsible for review and compliance of Group Treasury policy to maximise return.I also sit on the board of directors as company secretary and CFO.Previously worked as Finance Manager in the group's leasing division (from 1997 to 2007). This role was broadened to include a more significant commercial aspect including key account and relationship management for a number of major accounts, On relocation to Cork I was appointed as Group Financial Controller in Sept 2008 and promoted to new role of Chief Financial Officer in March 2009.
