As the Community Manager, I get the opportunity to work closely with both clients and customers on a daily basis. As a receptionist, I help incoming freshmen, current students, parents, and faculty through the application process of receiving 504 accommodations. In the summer I assist during orientation and answer parents questions about how to get testing or housing accommodations.
