Fermentation Operations Specialist, Haccp Operations Liaison And Technical Advisor
Current-Assists with planning and executing fermentation processes-Monitors and controls fermentation parameters-Interprets fermentation data outputs and applies them to future processes-Sets up and conducts harvest processes and downstream processing equipment. Works closely with Plant Technicians to execute successful harvests-Assists with the maintenance of upstream and downstream equipment-Assists with troubleshooting problems that occur during the fermentation process-Works cross-functionally with all departments to implement engineering controls or formulating and applying procedural controls-Leads departmental meetings related to planning, executing, and reviewing plant operations-Follows all standard operating procedures to faithfully execute batch protocols, preform plant start-ups and shut-downs-Use process instrumentation and software to operate process equipment, and collect and test samples on all product and in-process streams using analytical equipment.-Works with ram materials and production in compliance with GMP requirements and approved facility operation procedures-Completes and ensures the accurate, effective, and meticulous completion of batch records, production documentation, and other records as required-May be responsible for training new team members on the fermentation process-Participates in the development of SOPs-Oversees and maintains all aspects of plant sanitization and organization. Helps lead all master sanitization activities and ensures cleanliness of all work areas.-Participates in the installation and validation of new equipment
