I believe there are three types of people in this world: “Have To,” “Want To,” and “Get To” people. I choose to be a “Get To” leader. I recognize everyday is a chance to get to make a difference and it starts with the attitude you bring to a team. I have 19 years of experience managing, leading, and problem solving that can place me directly in any company as a program manager. My experience in leading not only small teams, but also a company of 160 Soldiers, has been successful by placing people first through a servant leadership mentality. I’m skilled in bringing people together and communicating with cross functional teams from different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs to accomplish a goal. I thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, and my experience communicating with top U.S. military leaders, the State Department, and foreign governments has prepared me to be a leader in program management.
