- Stocked and issued tooling such as measurement tooling and specific size end mills, drill bits, reamers, and other various metalworking tooling within a Production Support Center and Tool Crib (PSC635/TC635) in order to support industrial production on Robins AFB within 402 EMXG. I worked closely with the Production Support Center Manager to ensure proper procedures are being followed in the PSC in EMXG. - Promoted quality improvement in overall production support center services through completing special projects, to include developmental and recurring work assignments; creating an atmosphere for excellence.- Proficient use of a variety of computer systems to perform both tooling and supply functions; such as MAXIMO (FEMs), FEDLOG, etc..

- I served as the TMDE/Equipment Program Manager and Supply Technician for the 569th EMXG Squadron. I tracked, inventoried and accounted for over $6,542,445.16 million worth of equipment on four different equipment accounts. I kept detailed records of all equipment transactions new and old. I used AFEMS (Air Force Equipment Management System) to keep track of all equipment, and to do extensive research on equipment to ensure my equipment is under the proper ASC (Allowance Source Code). I use AFEMS to process paperwork for turn-ins, update R14’s and CA/CRL’s, and alternates. - As the squadron TMDE Monitor for the 569th Squadron I monitored and maintained 4 TMDE accounts, on a daily basis totaling over $600,000. I kept extensive records of all PMEL assets. I reviewed and printed work orders on a daily basis for assets that needed to be turned in. I located the assets and verified it was the correct one and processed a TMDE shipping document and proceeded to deliver the assets to PMEL truck. I used PMEL FEM WEB to track and view statuses of incoming, outgoing and work in progress assets.

- Corrected receipt processing errors, processing picks, putaways, exceptions, customer cancellations, change notices, and care of supplies in storage (COSIS). - Monitored the status of backordered items and informed the customers of the status and helped find different ways to resolve and fill the order. - Extensive knowledge of the DSS management system, information databases, technical manuals, and the Federal Logistics Data System (FEDLOG). - Inspected material for condition code, tracked material from point of receipt, physically stow, physical picks, manifesting and physical movement to point of issue.- Inspected materials coming in and out of the warehouse for any damage and quantity.

- Responsible for clearing corn spills and emptying corn trains. - Operated forklifts and other heavy machinery.- Operated train and rail cars in a safe manor to empty corn and various feeds

- Completed daily inventory on items related to area of responsibility. - Maintained conveyor lines. - Operated forklifts and motorized pallet jacks on a regular basis. - Packed, picked, and stowed products. - Completed customer orders. - Repaired assembly lines as needed. - Was responsible for inventorying products in the warehouse. - Maintained proper safe operating procedures at all times. - Completed OSHA training.

- Completed Preventive Maintenance on HUMVEE and 7 Tons daily.- Completed daily inspections of vehicles and logs to determine when and where vehicle was used.- Trained junior Marines on preventive Maintenance and proper operation of vehicles on and off base as well as in combat situation’s- Maintained records for every vehicle to include fuel usage, mileage, personnel for inspections. - Completed inventory on all tools and equipment. - Made minor repairs with power and hand tools. - Maintained proper safety operating procedures at all times.- Supervised training for junior marines. Supervised 15 junior marines on a daily basis to ensure the task on hand is completed in a timely manner and all Marines I supervised were trained properly and are safe at all times. - Completed weapons training, vehicle operations, vehicle upkeep, Combat knowledge while organizing multiple marines.- Taught classes for deployment, as well as job knowledge. - Deployed with infantry units to do foot patrols and security searches.
