Clinical Research Professional, Applications Specialist, Project Manager with extensive experience conducting research studies (single and multi-site) and providing applications support for Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) like OnCore and Advarra EDC. Over the years of assisting with the coordinating of clinical research studies, helping application end users, and making sure compliance is always applicable, I've developed a deep understanding of the responsibility and need to correctly interpret project requirements to ensure all aspects are carried out objectively, ethically, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. I've been lucky have started my career at "ground level" facing patients and clients one-on-one all the way to the deep background level where I'm far removed from them but still helping with what affects them. No matter how many moving parts an organization has or how abstract a policy might be on paper, a person is affected. That is a responsibility I do not take lightly and has been instilled in me from great supervisors and colleagues.In the end, my goal is to make sure what I do professionally makes use of my inherit interest in science and technology to advance some sort of benefit to society overall; be it a single patient/client or the greater population.
