• Served as the client manager for EOG Resources, Rosewood Resources, and MI-SWACO and as the environmental project manager for oil and gas in Colorado, Kansas, North Dakota, and Wyoming. • Completed 70 oil and gas air construction permits, GP02 permits, synthetic minor NSR permits, and prepared operation and maintenance plans (O&M plans) while managing and development numerous project budgets.• Prepared air emission permit applications and emission inventories and developed Quad J and Quad Z regulatory compliance and applicability plans for well pads and compressor stations.• Managed the air emissions inventory and air quality environmental assessment (EA) for oil and gas development on the FBIR in North Dakota while representing 8 oil and gas companies. • Responded to produced water spills in North Dakota, performing sampling and preparing site closure reports.

• Served as the client manager for Noble Energy, Pecan Pipeline, and MI-SWACO for projects in Colorado, Wyoming, and North Dakota.• Prepared and completed oil and gas air permits to construct, Title V compressor station permit renewals, emission inventories, greenhouse gas emissions, NSPS, and NESHAP regulatory applicability analyses and O&M plans. • Managed a number of engine stack testing performance projects. • Formulated/submitted 2 air permit applications for Phase I and II Gas Plan equipment construction for the Pecan Pipeline Stanley Gas Plant and managed an AERMOD modeling project, submitting 2 annual air emissions inventory reports. • Generated and submitted 2 Colorado Title V air permit renewals for DCP Midstream compressor stations and 8 gas transmission Title V air permit renewals for Williams Northwest Pipeline facilities, including NSPS/NESHAP regulatory applicability reports. • Created and submitted an air permit application for 6 booster compressor engines for Pecan Pipeline in North Dakota. • Produced the construction SWPPP for the 77-mile Prairie Rose Pipeline, coordinating and managing all compliance inspections, spill reports, and SWPPP closure. • Performed 80+ well pad and compressor station inspections in Wyoming for stormwater and SPCC plan compliance for Nobel Energy.• Coordinated and managed all fieldwork and related reporting for 4 Nobel Energy reserve pit closure sites in Wyoming.• Served as a team member for a coal bed methane water impoundment and NPDES discharge water permit audit for JM Huber Corporation, preparing audit action items and compliance recommendations. • Oversaw the Olsson ISNetworld webpage, OSHA compliance, and safety program documentation. Notable achievements while in the position included:- Prepared hydrostatic discharge permitting and completed DMR reporting and managed HEE advertent return cleanup efforts, delivering zero environmental violations during construction.

• Led the company’s air, water, and waste permit and regulatory compliance programs for the Aerospace Data Facility at Buckley AFB.• Managed compliance for 13 3,300 HP Cummins diesel-fired generators and served as the team lead for the development and implementation for corrective action plans based on environmental audit findings.
