Managed the daily functions of a Billing Team with invoicing of $2.1B. Responsible for analyzing U.S. Corporate revenue process flows and procedures. Led an IT Configuration Team in the development of a new internal contract and billing system. SQLPLUS queries were developed, tested and implemented to mechanically gather information from various databases as input into the new internal CBS Billing System.
