Procured 14,000+ COVID vaccines, and administered 100K+ COVID tests. Worked with state and local government to provide community mass vaccination site at Navy stadium.Led two COVID-19 technology pilots involving over 5,000 volunteers. Worked with the Defense Innovation Unit to successfully develop and refine software algorithms for biometric wearable devices designed for early COVID detection, as well as determining the suitability and proof of concept of contact tracing devices for potential shipboard deployment. Led a military, civilian, and interagency team of 450 people in the operational planning and day to day execution of US Strategic Command’s Global Strike and Deterrence missions. Responsible to the four-star commander for leading multi-domain integration in operational plans and targeting, to include nuclear, space, and cyber effects, across geographically distributed Joint, Navy, Air Force, and interagency organizations.Worked with interagency, allied, and joint partners to develop the Department of Defense’s annual global bomber assurance and deterrence and strategic messaging plan. Partnered with the Chairman, Joint Staff “Set the Globe” initiative to optimize global bomber laydown and improve flexibility to meet the Secretary of Defense’s emerging strategic requirements.Led operational planning of Global Strike missions against ISIS/ISIL high value targets in Syria, Iraq, and Libya. Planned the mobilization of 16 SH-60B helicopters and 48 aircrews assigned to Hurricane Katrina disaster relief operations, providing the first Naval search and rescue aircraft airborne over the city of New Orleans. Personally spearheaded the planning, scheduling, and successful execution of 450 search and rescue sorties, 1090 lifesaving rescues, and the delivery of 75,000 pounds of humanitarian aid. As aircraft commander, directed aircrews in the lifesaving hoist rescue of 27 victims.
