Over four institutional campuses, operated as the individual chiefly responsible for oversight of facilities master planning and design and construction, including the oversight of supportive operations management responsibilities of all facilities and grounds types, and real estate activity. Institutional responsibilities cover staffing that manage the expansion and operations of two medical school campuses, technology park facilities, core academic facilities growth and expansion, student housing facilities growth initiatives, each under traditional financing, public private partnership (P3) and developer led facilities business approaches. Collaboratively advanced all major facilities expansion efforts of all types. Final development activities in the form of planning and delivery had exceeded $1.5 Billion in scale.

Higher Education Facilities Operations and Development (State of New Jersey Public University) - Having reported to the University President, oversight during my tenure included academic facility master planning, design & construction oversight, plant and operations management, planning and development of sustainability initiatives, strategic planning, environmental and storm water master planning, project development and management, and procurement/purchasing department activities. University scale includes approximately 2,000 acres of property ownership and management. Led the effort to design and construct approximately 500,000 square feet of facilities during my tenure.

Engineering, Construction & Technical Services Consultant (Publicly Traded Corporation) - Activities during my tenure as a consultant included Business development and strategic planning for the development of K-12 schools facilities throughout the US eastern seaboard.

Public Schools Design & Construction (Public Authority) - Oversaw the regional, district, and state-wide master planning, design, construction management, and construction of grades pre-K-12 schools facilities throughout the state of New Jersey. Scale of activities included $8.6 Billion budget allocation over 50 school districts, with close to $4 Billion implemented during my tenure. At the time this was the 3rd largest schools construction program nationally, right behind the New York City and Los Angeles Unified Schools Districts. Program oversight included land acquisition due diligence, facilities renovations, additions, new construction, and master planning activities, all spanning approximately 50 cities/school districts throughout New Jersey.

Energy Services Developer and Consultant (Private Corporation) - Oversaw the project development, design and construction of demand-side management (DSM) energy services projects throughout the whole of New Jersey. Public and private project implementation, largely industrial focused, projects containing fuel switching with heavy mechanical project implementation, as well as lighting, motors, and systems improvements projects, spanning petroleum pumping, wastewater treatment, institutional, and commercial.

Construction Management Consultant (Private Corporation) - Oversight of business operations for the New York City operation, including staffing, client services, proposal development, and project management activities. Corporate focus included construction management oversight of public works projects including schools, roadways, and hospitals in the New York and New Jersey region, including union labor and multi-prime contracting.

General Contractor (Private Corporation) - managed the construction of two commercial high-rise office buildings in downtown Washington DC, and the Navy Federal Credit Union International headquarters in Vienna, Virginia. Representing a combination of private and public investments and each between 150,000 and 350,000 square feet in scale, union and non-union, and single prime contracting.
