Duties and responsibilities consisted of coordination and initiating pre-site surveys in Greensboro NC; site visits to ensure underground cable markings; plumbing and electrical assessments and preparation with general/subcontractors; Oversight for appropriate temporary use permits, and builder’s permits process through the City of Greensboro NC. Ensured proper procedures and systems were adequate for the delivery and installation of Modular Trailer through detailed collaborations with subcontractors, general contractors and the City of Greensboro NC. Ensured the AstraZeneca Clinical Trials COVID-19 Vaccination Modular Facility was at Full Operational Capacity level within a timely manner. Provided oversight and monitored all coordination for initial and final inspections for plumbing completion, electrical completion, gray water/black water efficiency and site security.

DynCorp International, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Officer (QA/QC), Deputy Site Manager, operations specialist, and Site Manager for Operation Warp Speed. September 5, 2020 to October 14, 2020; Serving as the Site Manager in Miami Florida. Duties and responsibilities consist of daily coordination with the US Government Representatives, University of Miami Representatives, and Subcontractors scheduled to provide administrative trailers, examination trailers, and phlebotomy trailers. Confirm licenses of all subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, Truck drivers and more. Site set-up consisting of stairs, American Disability Acts Ramps for access into all provided facilities. Ensuring all provided facilities are fully operational within 8 to 14 days. Prime power and generator power connections, potable water, and wastewater black/gray containers with primary and secondary containment. April 3, 2020 to August 15, 2020 served in dual roles. Assisted with Managing Forward Operating Base (FOB) Patriot in Fort Bragg, NC. Specific duties and responsibilities consisted of daily inspections for living conditions, electrical power sources prime power and generator power, maintenance for rest rooms, dining facilities, catered quality food, HVAC services, Service Order Request, and Mobile Fitness Centers. Provided daily QA/QC reports digitally, provided daily site management reports using company format. My positions consisted of three different positions routinely, sometimes one position, most times two positions.

July 2018 to Jan 2019, DynCorp International, Operations Manager, deployed to Puerto Rico to assist with Environmental Restoration for designated areas consisting of Puerto Rico, Vieques and Culebra. Assessed over 100 designated areas for terrain stabilization, Erosion Control, Power (generators and commercial), and when necessary coordinated for site stabilization via US Army Corp of Engineers, Subcontractors, and DynCorp operations on a routine basis. Designed systems and processes to streamline site assessments for a seven-person team. As an operations manager for DynCorp ensured safety was always first on and off sites. Ensured safety kits were stored in all site vehicles, ensured all personnel on all controlled sites were in proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Ensured all personnel signed in and out of designated sites, ensured all personnel were conducting their jobs safely and efficiently. Enforced proper fencing at designated site entrance points-controlled wildlife (cows, houses, sheep, bulls, etc.) in and out of designated areas with minimal damage to sites. Ensured two sources of communication and internet access via company issued laptops, I-pads, and cellphones with hotspots as a secondary means of Internet access in remote locations. Emplaced systems for accountability of all personnel on site prior to work beginning and ending. Generated, collected, and submitted daily reports to DynCorp key leaders articulating progression and situational awareness. Provided guidance on routine team travel coordination consisted of vehicles, vessels and small Cessna aircraft. All work performed assisted Puerto Rico and its neighboring islands with stable land and efficient power throughout the areas serviced.
