- Manage a team of 10 Relationship Managers who consult and service Sponsors and Advisors.- In charge of hiring, training and development of team members.- Responsible for 401k clients $10 million to $50 million in assets in Colorado, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.- Drive client satisfaction, retention and growth based on corporate goals.- Negotiate price with Clients/Advisors to insure client satisfaction and Empower profitability.- Track, measure and review performance results of staff against established performance benchmarks.- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations.

- Manage a team of Managers, Internal Relationship Managers, and Team Coordinators. Team Statistics: - 44 team members located across the country - Responsible for over 17,000 plans and $23 billion in assets - Assigned to sales under $5 million, approximately 70% of all CORE sales- Set team member goals with a focus on customer retention, partner satisfaction and asset growth. - Establish team culture and structure, including: leadership and case assignment, service model design and execution, and integration and partnerships across the organization.- Implementation of best practices to create a “best in class” customer experience.- Ad hoc corporate projects, including: proactive Pilot, Emerging Markets and State of MA CORE launch.
