Donald Foiani is the founder of a single-family office where he works as the portfolio manager. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager, he worked with The Bloom Organization, a boutique, sell-side investment bank, from January 2019 - December 2019. During his time with The Bloom Organization, Donald was responsible for analyzing companies, building compelling growth stories, and bringing companies to market. To do so, Donald regularly conducted analyses of financial statements and productivity reports. Donald was also responsible for building Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), which is the primary marketing document used in the sell-side process and requires an in-depth understanding of the company's financial position, operating history, and industry.Prior to joining The Bloom Organization, Donald worked for UBS in Asset and Wealth Management. During his time with UBS, Donald gained experience working with portfolio managers and high net worth clients, performing financial analyses across a wide range of investment vehicles. Donald graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Marketing as well as a minor in History. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society recognizing top students from the world’s top 5% of business programs. During his time at UM, Donald served Lambda Chi Alpha, social fraternity, as treasurer, Student Government as an executive board member, and Alpha Kappa Psi, business fraternity, as a committee board member. Donald has a deep interest in Health and Wellness that he continues to foster by advocating a holistic approach to fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
