My professional career began 32 years ago, working with an Energy Management firm. After spending 3 years working in this field, I was promoted to a Project Management position. My responsibilities including managing all aspects of numerous Energy Management programs funded by major Utility companies in the United States, including the day-to-day operations, personnel management, and financial results of those programs. I spent 7 years in this Management position, moving from Pennsylvania to Michigan, and then to the New York Metropolitan area. After moving to the New York area, I began working for State Farm Insurance. I began working in Auto Claims, handling Bodily Injury, Property Damage, No-Fault, and No-Fault Litigation claims for 8 years. I spent the next 11 years working in the Property and Casualty division of the company, handling Large Fire and Water Losses (Property damage claims which exceed $100,000) in the New York Metropolitan area. I transferred to Southeastern Pennsylvania in 2016, and continued handling Large Fire and Water Loss claims in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area into 2018. In 2018, I moved to a Casualty Claim Handling role, which I currently hold.I have extensive Negotiation, Management and Litigation Handling experience. I have been routinely recognized for my focus on Customer Service in all of the positions I have held over the past 32 years.
