My previous tasks included setting up new Independent Contractors accounts and New Customer accounts, Billing of invoices and Extra Charges put on the system. Other tasks included making changes to Independent Contractors contracts, verifying and obtaining Certificates of Insurance through our database. Take credit card payments and process over the phone. Answer the phones for Accounting issues. Work closely with Field Sales people for changing and correcting accounts. Process Performance Bonds and process monthly as needed. Also various other jobs working closely with the Controller. I was working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and CRM database.

I'm very excited to start a new career with IU Health at the IU Neuroscience center in Downtown Indianapolis. There are many new opportunities ahead for me in my new role. I look forward to my future and the growth of my abilities.

I manage a large storeroom of our products for Covance employees in Greenfield, IN to acquire daily supplies for their work. I also manage six other point of use (pou's) areas where supplies are kept for lab usage. I do the daily bill-outs of items taken from the storeroom to replenish the products. I scan my other areas for items taken and replenish those as well. I interact with employees, Supervisors and Managers on a daily basis. I also work with my co-worker to replenish Safety cabinets on a daily basis for PPE stock used in the labs.

I manage 15 labs and 3 storerooms with products used by chemist and scientist in the Research and Technology area at Eli Lilly and Co. I also interact with the chemists, scientists and researchers to help them order various products and tools needed in their research.

I transferred to the Claims and Returns department where I handled returns and processed claims to have items repaired and returned to the customers throughout North America. I scheduled repairs of different products with various departments and coordinate their return to the customer on a timely basis.

I spent 15 years in the Accounting department, mainly working with Accounts Receivables where I applied checks and wire transfers to customers accounts, and I also managed the reporting of Sales and Use Taxes for numerous states.; Inventory auditor and various other accounting duties. I produced various reports and spreadsheets at month end for the Vice Presidents review.
