During my time with Element 6, a De Beers Group of Companies, I was accredited with a patent.I have been fortunate enough to gain a broad range of experience in the following fields:In the High Chrome White Iron manufacturing sector, I lead a bespoke development team spanning the engineering, pattern shop, foundry, fettling, machining, and quality departments in the manufacture of super hard wear parts for the dredging, power generation, crushing & grinding and mining industries.E6 specialises in the manufacture of synthetic diamond products, where I headed up the Polycrystalline Diamond Processing department of 150 employees, manufacturing “Syndril” for our Oil & Gas customers, in the USA including Baker Hughes and Schlumberger.In my second role at E6, I headed up the Special Projects team including the design office in the Diamond Research Laboratory. It was during this time that I developed the bespoke machining of polycrystalline diamond with laser technology.As factory manager of three Ceramic Industries Floor Tile Plants, I led large teams and had full responsibility for Profit and Loss, Budgeting, Capex, Sales and marketing, HR/IR, and Maintenance of these plants in this niche FMCG sector.At Migg Enterprises, which operates in the urban development field, I was an Itinerate Project Manager in Greece and the Middle East, completing various high-end multi-million-euro developments.Northern Air Industrial was an HVAC Mechanical Contracting Company, a division of the Shoredits Holding Group, I did my vacation training during my studies and went on to become the branch manager for the Gaborone, Botswana office. During this time, I project managed several multi-million Rand projects including the Park Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank and the Government Enclave Blocks six and eight in Gaborone Botswana.I have enjoyed a high level of success with my management, business administration, and engineering skills; my ability to energize, motivate, and effectively communicate within my teams has always been the driver of positive results.
