The American Institute Of Stress tells us that stress costs American business about $300 billion dollars a year or, approximately $2,400.00 dollars per year per employee. Stress Intelligence™ training is available through multiple programs. App-based training is the most efficacious and cost effective of those programs. This unique program combines the essence of a variety of relevant disciplines including, but not limited to; mindfulness-informed, awareness practices, breathing techniques, and emotional intelligence. In 2018, to better support larger organizations, Stress Less Workshops began research on a "Train The Trainer" program app for Stress Intelligence™. It came on-line in early 2019.
