- As Cyberspace Strategy and Risk Manager, prepares the Joint Staff to integrate cross-CCMDs requirements and plans in multiple forums to enhance defense of the DOD Information Network, coalition partnering (as possible), information sharing requirements, architectures, and network connections. Forums include, but are not limited to: Joint Staff cross-functional teams, Strategic Integration Framework Teams, High Performance Team sessions, and other venues.- Subject Matter Expert for strategic planning activities, identification of cyberspace operations capability gaps within the plans, concepts, and orders associated with these planning activities, and technical analysis of potential material and non- material solutions (including policy, procedural, or training solutions), and shall provide comments and recommendations to senior managers for theirconsideration.- Coordinates with other Joint Staff directorates, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), combatant commands, Services, and external agencies formal coordination of strategic and operational plans, concepts, orders, analytical products, requests for information, and other staff actions.- Provides technical, analytical expertise and for the development and review of strategic and operational plans, concept and orders, including cyber defense elements of numbered Operational Plans and named cyberspace operations orders.

Provides direct support to Joint Staff, C4 Cyber Directorate (J6), the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and Joint Directorates. Functions as the principle part of a small team in a time-compressed environment: researching and analyzing cybersecurity capabilities to satisfy data protection requirements; analyzing existing conceptual and requirements documents to assure conformance to operational, functional, technical, and contractually specified requirements; supporting the development and review of cyberspace strategic and operations plans, concepts, and orders; supporting strategic planning activities, identifying cyberspace operations capability gaps within the plans, concepts, and orders associated with these planning activities, and technical analysis of potential material and non-material solutions.

Principle staff member and primary advisor to executives for all matters related to IT. Responsible for the planning, installation, operation, maintenance, and support of all classified and unclassified IT infrastructure of the organization.

Responsible for the research and establishment of cyberspace training programs and courses of instruction for organizational staff members and operational team members.

- Planned, implemented, and supervised Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) support across (2) Marine Expeditionary Force level training exercise continuums; including all preparatory command post exercises, communication exercises, equipment strapping exercises, and server builds; ultimately providing rapid, reliable, scalable, and secure network infrastructure for over 1000 personnel.-Developed, published, implemented, and ensured compliance to the 2014 C4 Campaign Plan; including all associated artifacts consisting of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) sustainment plans, project implementation roadmaps, network architecture standards, standard operating procedures, and operator manuals.-Personally briefed senior Marine executives; including Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Director of C4 and the Deputy Commandant of of Installations and Logistics (DC I&L) as well as prepared presentations for US Northern Command and US Marine Forces Pacific.

- Led, trained, and deployed organizational IT Directorate of over 30 personnel in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM 2012, by employing the communications functional areas of Cyber Network Defense (CND), radio, telephony, satellite, IT, and Communication Electronic Maintenance (CEM) in support of the Marine Corps logistics mission in Afghanistan.- Employed and maintained communications assets in excess of 1.5 million dollars which subsided in 3 separate accounts of over 350 items.- Managed networked communication provisional responsibilities of Regional Command South-West (RC-SW) Area Distribution Node-2 (ADN-2), ensuring continuous classified and unclassified network services to over 1200 end user devices, both internal and external to the organization.

Responsible to senior executives for communications and information systems deliberate, contingency, crisis, and adaptive planning in support of the management of agency space-based satellite constellations.
