• Follows a strict guideline set forth on the procedures for accountability of, requesting of, and returning of items that are issued from the Unit Issue Facility (UIF) Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear Defense Equipment (CBRND).• Established procedures and conducts causative research required for requesting adjustments due to loss and/or the damage of equipment. • Improved accounting procedures to verify actual on hand issue quantities through reconciliations with Responsible Officers with the use of the Supply Chain Advantage High-jump Software and Vista Asset Management computer programs. • Require the physical turn-in of all Unit Issue Facility (UIF) equipment and ensure the timely submission of Request for Investigation or Adjustment Letters for equipment not returned or damaged equipment if necessary.
