Donald also advises major listed and non-listed corporate borrowers on new debt facilities to support acquisitions, refinancing their existing debt facilities and other corporate facilities.As the firm's CSR partner, Donald has overall responsibility for the development and delivery of the firm’s wide-ranging CSR Programme which provides support to charities, local communities, and not-for-profit-organisations, as well as improving access to justice by broadening the range of people who can access our legal skills through our award-winning pro bono programme. Donald's role also includes leading the exciting work of our innovative Art Programme which helps support graduating artists from The University of Westminster and The Royal College of Art with their transition from student life to professional practice.
