Delivery of bespoke training packages and consultancy to a wide range of customers to support a wider understanding of Autism.

Provision of leadership to academics, health and local authority policy officials, the third sector and autism community on the implementation of the Scottish Strategy for Autism, in strategic partnership with Scottish Government. Contributed to local and national changes to policy and practice aimed at improving the lives of autistic people and their families. Also responsible for budgetary management, resource allocation, income maximisation through training, the management of the Autism Network Scotland team and the development of tools for the job and publications, in relation to local and national policy implementation. Achievements include development of a collaborative of autism leads and the facilitation of conferences and events involving extensive public speaking.

Responsible for management of Scottish region for a national care provider, with a diverse portfolio of services including Shared Lives, Supported Living, Short Breaks, Care Home and Day Support. Also responsible for development of the region, new income, performance management, quality management and financial efficiency. Achievements include development of Shared Lives model to support young offenders, securing lottery income to support this innovation.

Responsible for daily management of Supported Living Services for Adults with learning disabilities. Achievements include development and delivery of Person Centred Planning training package and organisational implementation of this.
