Responds to trouble tickets. Diagnoses, replaces, maintains software and hardware; IDF cabinets, network components, RF scanners, printers, laptops, desktops and thin clients. Works closely with operation managers to schedule hardware upgrades without impacting overall productivity.

My primary duties consist of understanding the company's inventory situation and making recommendations to improve that situation. Involved in this primary task is a great deal of studying. Inventory analysts consider everything from a company's previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends. However, inventory analysts have a variety of other subsequent duties. They may be tasked with some management duties as they direct buyers and stockroom workers. They may also be asked to draft reports or create and handle inventory databases. Working closely with shipping, receiving and management is key in order to resolve issues quickly and quietly in a fast paced environment.
