It looks like once again, we all have to reimagine and reshape the future of our travel and tourism industries. This is why I am seeking a position in Business Development, Operations, Logistics or Customer service in this great industry. I am eager and looking forward to re-enter the workforce once again.When I wrote this piece in June 2020, the world and the tri-state (New York Metropolitan Area) was in a different place. I am absolutely positive that we will restore and rebound better than ever before.Planning, logistics and dispatching is the art of getting things done. Dispatching and customer service go hand in hand. I have learned in my experiences, that there is more to dispatching than just delegating assignments. As a dispatcher you need to provide good customer service to the end user. Dispatchers also need to provide good customer service to their internal customers, the drivers and other field personnel. I know the area. My strongest knowledge base is the Hudson Valley region of New York and the 5 boroughs of NYC including the 3 major airports. I also have good working knowledge of northeastern states (NY, NJ, CT and PA). In my most recent employment, I have had the pleasure of working with an airport ground transportation company out of New York City. This company serves the travel and tourism industries in the New York Metropolitan area. I have safely driven over one million miles professionally, without any moving violations or chargeable accidents in my Medical transportation, ADA, Ambulette and Livery service experience.
